Review Magnet provides:

• Google review automation
• Online reputation management
• Local SEO services
• CRM and messaging integrations

All services are provided on a best effort basis.

2. Subscription & Billing

Services operate on a recurring monthly subscription.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges.

In addition to your subscription fee, you agree to pay usage based messaging costs including SMS and related carrier fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

3. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee from the initial signup date.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of subscription fees paid within 14 days.

Conditions:

• Must request in writing within 14 days
• Messaging and usage fees are non refundable
• Applies to first time subscriptions only

After 14 days, payments are non refundable.

4. Usage Based Charges

Messaging services incur variable fees based on volume and carrier costs.

These charges are billed separately from your subscription and are non refundable once incurred.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

• Specific Google ranking positions
• A set number of reviews
• Revenue increases
• Lead generation outcomes

Search engine algorithms and customer behaviour are outside our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain access to required platforms
• Comply with Google and messaging regulations
• Obtain proper consent before sending communications

We are not responsible for account suspensions caused by misuse.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Magnet is not liable for:

• Algorithm changes
• Platform account restrictions
• Lost revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
